Walking reduces the risk of complications during pregnancy and delivery.
Tip: Dates are recommended for women close to delivery. They can influence oxytocin receptors, accelerate the onset of contractions more easily and, your cervix will have an easier time ripening.
5 Things I gave up:
1) Spicy food
Spicy food can aggravate heartburn.
2) Processed food
It can increase pregnancy fatigue, heartburn, stretch marks, gestational diabetes and more! Besides it’s not good on baby as well.
3) Cinnamon
Cinnamon is not recommended during the first or second trimestre unless you want to provoke the labor.
Eliminite this list from your diet to reduce pregnancy heartburn.
5) Canned FISH
Avoid eating any canned tuna because of uncertainties about the risk of mercury contamination to developing fetuses.
Tip: Buffet is a no no! You’re vulnerable to bacteria when pregnant, so stay away from food that’s been sitting out at room temperature for two hours or more.
