Ingredients:

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Add almond flour, baking powder, and spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves) to the creamed mixture of butter, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and avocado oil. Mix everything until a soft dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to create gingerbread men, Christmas trees, or your favorite festive shapes.
